This is one hell of a yoga pose. I’m wondering if this is just some crafty video editing. Only Cirque du Soleil performers could master such a pose!I won’t even try!
Mr. Miyagi would be so proud of me. I just caught a mosquito – the Minnesota state bird, woot, woot! – mid flight with only my thumb and forefinger (fingers: like chopsticks but for monkeys).

Just wondering, and I’d really like some honest answers. Here in New York where I live, all outdoor cafes are not only the domain of just humans anymore; people have decided that this is also a great venue for their dogs.I have nothing against dogs, and actually like them and grew up with them. Would have one now if I could. But I really just don’t get this "take my dog to eat out with me"
This is what happens when you tell me you “have to go number 2″ 10 minutes after we passed the last gas station for 100 miles.

Jumping is one of my favorite little things to do when I’m working out. Jumping rope, jumping up on steps, frog hops, or jumping up on a bench, I’m into it. I make people that take my fitness classes jump, too! It’s a skill that you definitely need to keep up even as you get older. Never know when it will come in handy!

You may have heard of the 80:20 Rule. It was first developed by the Italian economist Vilfredo Pareto who created a mathematical formula to describe the unequal distribution of wealth in his country. He observed that twenty percent of the people owned eighty percent of the wealth.
