How does the mini protein bar stack up against speed walking on the treadmill?
Personally, I’m not a fan of protein bars in general for anyone looking to lose weight/burn fat (I make some exceptions for my boys who are trying to pack on muscle). Too many folks use supplementation in place of whole foods at the cost of depleting themselves of the vitamins and minerals needed to maintain optimal health.

Fish, meatballs, strong cologne, my two-year-old’s poopy diapers and even my beloved SweeTart jellybeans have all made me vomit this pregnancy. But would you like to know the number one thing guaranteed to bring on the waves of nausea? The smell of my own sweat. I know. For a girl who gets sweaty at least six times a week, that’s a problem.

Being the educated fitness professional that I am, I know full well what is both good and bad for the body. I’m well aware of all the things you need to do to maintain a fit and healthy body and life, and for the most part, I practice all of those things. I exercise, I eat smart and well (on MOST days -lol), and I exercise my brain constantly by learning and trying new things.
However, in all my healthiness, I do have one nasty little secret.
I’m addicted to salt.
